Seven Springs Winery is a full service facility. We can supply or recommend all of the extras
you need for your wedding to be a success. This venue provides a bridal/event coordinator. You
and up to six people can taste your menu choices and view your presentation to ensure the best
meal for your wedding.

We do not require a cleaning deposit; we provide a cleaning service for you. We also want you
and your wedding party to be safe on your wedding night, which is why we include our shuttle
service for Saturday and Sunday weddings for the bridal party to be escorted to your hotel for no
additional cost.

Lastly, many of the Lake’s finest vendors offer discounts to Seven Spring’s couples simply for
getting married with us!

Wedding Services

  • Event coordinator to help you plan your special day; including referrals for everything from florist to local hotels and transportation.
  • You and up to six people can taste your menu choices and view your presentation to ensure the best meal for your wedding.
  • Banquet chairs and tables complete with china, glassware, and silverware. (Classic white or black linens are available for rental.)
  • Sound system for speeches, background music, and also a flat screen television for showing pictures on DVDs during your cocktail reception.
  • Complete setup and cleanup of tables and chairs by our event staff.
  • Our event coordinator will be present on your day to ensure everything runs according to your wishes...it is your special day after all!

At our Lake of the Ozarks winery, we schedule events every day of the week. We also offer flexible setup on the day of your event. The Silver Cup Chefs Challenge Finals are Here!

Join us this Saturday, March 14th at Seven Springs Winery for the 6th Annual Silver Cup Chefs Challenge Finals! Who will be named BEST Chef at the Lake? Camden on the Lake


 Camden on the Lake has two different dining options that are sure to meet everyone’s wishes. The high energy H.Toad’s Bar & Grill features great food, drinks, large screen TV’s and live entertainment. Come in by boat or car and see just what this hot spot is all about! Those that enjoy waterfront dining will appreciate the Frog Waterfront Bar & Grill.  Stop by and enjoy great frozen drinks, their famous “Philly” pizza or tangy chicken bites and just sit back and relax while you listen to the music!

Restoration Farm


Restoration Farm is a small farm located outside of Stover, MO with a focus on growing chemical free vegetables, berries and fruits. They provide the local community with resources on establishing a sustainable garden. They also make stained glass art and goats milk soap products. They also have a ministry to pastors, missionaries and wounded warriors. Now Resortation Farm is in the process of establishing a Farm to Table eatery.

Ruthie D.'s


 Ruthie D's Restaurant is a casual dining experience and one of the best kept secrets at the Lake of the Ozarks. Located on Horseshoe Bend with an incredible lake view, our menu features pastas, chicken, pork, seafood, and certified Angus beef. The Trophy Room


For traditional fare & table dining, enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at The Trophy Room. The Trophy Room features frequent live entertainment, gorgeous views and a warm ambiance. Indoor & outdoor seating is available, offering panoramic views that showcase the natural beauty at Old Kinderhook. The Trophy Room is open daily, year-round, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Off season hours may vary. The Chef has prepared menus ranging from sandwiches and pizza to steak and seafood with nightly features. Dinner reservations are welcome!

The Difference Between a Norton & a Cabernet

Red wine is a type of wine made from dark-colored grape varieties. The actual color of the wine can vary from intense violet to a brick red or even a brownish color depending on the age. There are hundreds of varieties of red wine grapes and each produces a different flavor profile. Two of the most popular red wines you'll find here in Missouri are Cabernet and Norton. So what exactly is the difference between the two? Seven Springs Winery has the scoop!

Cabernet


Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the world's most widely recognized red wine grape varieties. It is grown worldwide in nearly every wine producing country. The popularity is often attributed to its ease of cultivation. The grapes have thick skins and the vines are rot and frost resistant. Cabernet Franc is one of the major black grape varieties, also worldwide. It is principally grown for use in Bordeaux style blends, but is also made into a stand-alone wine. DNA analysis places Cabernet Franc as one of the parents, along with Sauvignon Blanc, of Cabernet Sauvignon. Cabernet Franc is lighter than Cabernet Sauvignon and contributes finesse and a peppery aroma when blended with more robust grapes. Depending on the growing region and style of wine, additional aromas can include tobacco, raspberry, bell pepper, cassis and sometimes even violets.


Norton


Norton is a grape believed to be largely derived from Vitis Aestivalis. It is grown in the Midwestern and Mid-Atlantic United States, as well as northeastern Georgia. The Norton grape variety maintains high levels of malic acid and phenolic acids in the ripening berries when compared to those of Cabernet Sauvignon. Furthermore, Norton berries develop a remarkably high level of resistance to most fungal pathogens, while Cabernet Sauvignon berries remain susceptible to those pathogens. Norton grapes produce a rich, full-bodied red wine. It shows both red and black fruits on the nose and palate and a unique, but intriguing flavor profile. You'll find it soft on first taste, but firming up with a good core of acidity in the finish. The Norton is the official grape of the State of Missouri and is a favorite among visitors of our Lake of the Ozarks winery.
