Help Seven Springs Winery get a New Fountain!

Seven Springs Winery is looking for sponsors to help purchase and construct a new fountain and seating area for guests. This new fountain will make a great backdrop for wedding pictures and more! Several levels of sponsorship are available. Help us make our dream of a beautiful fountain at our Lake of the Ozarks Winery come true!

Fountain will be constructed in your name
A plaque featuring your name inside the winery
Free admission to all events at the winery for three years

Have a Fun-Filled Memorial Day Weekend at the Lake of the Ozarks!

What better place to celebrate Memorial Day Weekend than the Lake of the Ozarks? You've got the Lake, shopping, dining and the some of the best wineries in Missouri! In addition to all the community activities you can participate in, Seven Springs Winery will be hopping with live music all afternoon Saturday and Sunday! Join us at the Lake of the Ozarks this weekend for some Summer Fun!

Memorial Day Weekend at Seven Springs Winery

A Lake favorite, Sax on the Beach will be jamming out Saturday and Sunday from 2 pm to 6 pm. If you haven't heard them play, you are missing out! Our new menu will also be available for this holiday weekend, so come by and check out the new food. Our menu also features a wine pairing guide so you can form the perfect taste! We will be open until 10 pm so come out and party with us at Seven Springs Winery!

Bar Hop Cruise Memorial Day Weekend

Cruise around the Lake to some of the best waterfront bars and restaurants featuring great entertainment for the holiday weekend. The cruise will depart from H. Toads at Camden on the Lake at 1:00 PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are $30 per person and there is limited seating available, so call 573-434-2627 or send an email to funcruises@playinghookyatthelake.com.

Ozark Yacht Club Parade of Lights

Join the Ozark Yacht Club this Saturday for their annual Parade of Lights. The parade will depart at 8:30 PM from Ozark Yacht Club in Jennings Branch Cove at the 1 MM. Awards will be given for Best Decorated and First Runner Up! To register please contact Sara at 573-552-8401; the registration deadline is Thursday!

Saturday is the Midcoast Bike Run!

Seven Springs Winery is all about events at the Lake of the Ozarks! We want to make sure you have all the details on the Midcoast Bike Run this weekend! Since 2005, the Noble Eagles host the event nicknamed the "Start of the Bike Season" by Biking Life Magazine. Around 500 bikes converge for music, food and drinks each year. Plus the beautiful "Regal Eagle" girls will be there to help entertain the crowd. Not only are the bikes, music, and sights awesome, but all the proceeds are used to fund collegiate scholarships for local youth. Check out this year's events calendar below:

Get Your Margarita Glasses Ready for Seven Springs' Tequila 101 Class!

It's time for school...a little Adult Education on the Taste Buds!

Seven Springs Winery will be having a "Get to know your tequila" party! This horizontal tasting (no, you will be standing upright at the end) will feature education on the fascinating way in which tequila is made. Yes, there is work in this class, you will have to taste tequila, drink a margarita and eat gourmet Mexican Food! So bring a friend to help you get through all the hard work!

Some questions we plan to answer during the class:

What is Tequila?
What does the word Tequila mean?
How did Tequila originate?
What is the Blue Agave?
How are agaves grown?
How is Tequila manufactured?
What are the different types of Tequila?
What is the Best Tequila?
What is a Top Shelf Margarita?
What is a NOM number and what does it mean?

Throughout the class, you will get to taste different tequilas including blancos, resparados, anejo, and extra anejo. To finish the class, you will experience a true top shelf margarita paired with Mexican street tacos and a delicious dessert! Join us Saturday, May 10th at 6pm.
