At some point, your guests will certainly need a key ring to keep things organized. What better way to do it than with a cork from your wedding! You can special order some with imprints like your names and wedding date, or you can save them up before the wedding - but you may have to drink a lot of wine beforehand to make that work. Our Winter Menu is Here!

Winter has arrived and that means a new menu at Seven Springs Winery! Stay out of the cold and enjoy delicious food at the best winery at the Lake of the Ozarks. From appetizers to entrees, we have something for everyone and a wine to pair with it! Check out the delicious features of the new menu below:

Nibblers

Serves 2-4 People

Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Artichokes and spinach with garlic, baked in a creamy white cheese sauce, served with herbed crostinis. Pairing: Traminette

Mediterranean Pizza
Spinach, artichokes, roasted red pepper and kalamata olives topped with a blend of Italian herbs & cheese baked on Focaccia Bread. Pairing: Sangria Rojo

Savory Oils Dipping Tree
Three assorted infused oils with Parmesan, served with fresh assortment of breads for dipping. Pairing: Pinot Noir

Meat and Cheese Platter
Sliced summer sausages with aged cheddar, served with an assortment of crackers and crostinis. Pairing: Seven's Red Heaven

French Loaf
A loaf of crusty French baguette served with Parmesan & cracked black pepper olive oil and butter

Florida Style Crab Cakes
Real house made crab cakes, sauteed in olive oil, topped with a cream seafood sauce. Served over field greens and topped with walnut nuggets. Pairing: Syrah

Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms
Jumbo mushroom caps, stuffed with garlic-herb Boursin cheese. Topped with mozzarella then baked. Served with pasta salad. Pairing: Vignoles

Tender roast beef, aged cheddar, apple wood smoked bacon, red onion with a sweet and zesty BBQ cream cheese spread. Pairing: Pinot Noir

Beef Bourguignon
Tender roast beef with onions and mushrooms sauteed in Norton red wine then rolled into a whole wheat tortilla, with Boursin cheese. Pairing: Norton

Unique Turkish Style Chicken Salad with dried cranberries, toasted almond, onion, mild yellow curry and mixed field greens rolled into a whole wheat tortilla. Pairing: Spring Fling

Mediterranean Turkey

6 oz Angus chuck burger, sauteed onion and mushroom, de-glazed in our Norton and topped with melted mozzarella. Pairing: Norton

Creole Chicken Alfredo

Penne Pesto Pasta

Penne lightly tossed with extra virgin olive oil, pesto and parmesan cheese. Served with side salad and garlic bread. Pairing: Chardonel

Seven Springs Winery is the perfect place for a beautiful indoor or outdoor wedding! Our Lake of the Ozarks winery location is not only beautiful, but also convenient. Seven Springs Winery and Vineyards sits upon 160 breathtaking acres making a wonderful place for your celebration. The magnificent covered porch and a large patio area are ideal for enjoying a glass of wine and admiring the beautiful view!

Weddings at Seven Springs Winery

Seven Springs Winery provides an event coordinator who works with you closely in order to ensure your needs are met. Our facility holds up to 200 people inside and another 125 outside in our patio area. At night, the patio area lights up providing a remarkable, intimate atmosphere for your special occassion. Our executive chef prepares a distinctive and delicious banquet menu with items ranging from hors d’ oeuvres to gourmet styled meals. These meals can be customized to fit one’s dietary, cultural or personal preferences as needed.

Why Choose Seven Springs Winery?

Seven Springs Winery is a full service wedding venue at the Lake of the Ozarks. We will provide an event coordinator and can supply or recommend all of the extras you need for your wedding to be a success. You and up to six people can taste your menu choices and view your presentation to ensure the best meal for your wedding. We do not require a cleaning deposit; we provide a cleaning service for you. We also want you and your wedding party to be safe on your wedding night, which is why we include our shuttle service for Saturday and Sunday weddings for the bridal party to be escorted to your hotel for no additional cost. Lastly, many of the Lake’s finest vendors offer discounts to Seven Spring’s couples simply for getting married with us.

Wedding Services Provided

Event coordinator to help you plan your special day; including referrals for everything from florist to local hotels and transportation.
You and up to six people can taste your menu choices and view your presentation to ensure the best meal for your wedding.
Banquet chairs and tables complete with china, glassware, and silverware. (Classic white or black linens are available for rental.)
Sound system for speeches, background music, and also a flat screen television for showing pictures on DVDs during your cocktail reception.
Complete setup and cleanup of tables and chairs by our event staff.
Our event coordinator will be present on your day to ensure everything runs according to your wishes...it is your special day after all!

Seven SpringsWinery schedules events everyday of the week. We also offer flexible setup times on the day of your event. To reserve a date, a $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required at booking date for the reception hall. There is a non-refundable 50% payment on catering 30 days prior to your event. People are Raving about Seven Springs Winery

We had to change the location of our wedding a week before it was supposed to happen. Seven Springs Winery had a cancelled wedding for that night so we were so lucky that they were available. Mike, the owner, was so accommodating and worked with us so well that everything turned out perfect! The food was amazing, and the staff was just so nice and they made everything go so smoothly. They even let us light our sky lanterns that we had planned on doing. I would definitely recommend this place for weddings or any event. Their wines are tasty and the staff is so friendly. We visited Seven Springs Winery in May 2011. We had lunch on the patio and listened to music by Sax on the Beach. We bought some wine but saved the Sparkling Muscato for a special occasion. Hi Mike!
I just wanted to thank you for showing my friends and I such an amazing time on Saturday. This winery is amazing! I have been to Napa Valley to many wineries and this one tops them all!!! We visited the winery on a Bachelorette Party. There were 9 girls total. The shuttle service picked us up at the condo we had rented and dropped us off when we were done...we did not have to worry about driving at all! I would highly recommend this winery to all of my friends...in fact, my own Bachelorette Party is coming up and I've decided I want to have mine there as well! I also can't forget to mention the wine...it is delicious and priced very reasonably...I wish I could have bought a bottle of each one! Seven Springs Winery Shuttle Bus

The Seven Springs Winery shuttle bus will pick you up from your lake area location! The bus will shuttle a maximum of 14 guests for $15 per person, with a minimum of $90. Please call for a price quote for distances farther than 20 miles from the Winery. Advance arrangements necessary.

5th Annual Silver Cup Chefs Challenge

Lake Restaurants Compete for the Title

Come see local restaurants compete to claim BEST chef at the Lake! Join us for the 5th Annual Silver Cup Chefs Challenge at Seven Springs Winery. Starting this weekend, local restaurants at the Lake of the Ozarks will compete in one of three rounds with hopes to advance to the finals in March. Each week, a new set of four restaurants will be faced with a different cuisine challenge. But only one of them will be moving on to the final round for a chance at the title!

Events

For each scheduled event, doors open at 11 am, the first tasting is at 2 pm and judging is at 4 pm. Tickets for the January and February events are $25 each and tickets for the finals in March are $35. Or you can purchase a passbook to all 4 events for $100! Note that wine is not included in the ticket prices for any of these events.
